Batteries are used extensively across industry to provide critical parallel emergency power to essential systems. The reliable operation of these batteries is vital. Crestchic’s range of DC load banks are specially designed to provide an accurate load for the discharge of batteries, both following amps and voltage.

Our rental Loadbanks are available in range from from 24V/100A up to 700V/450A. All loadbanks are fitted complete with over constant current and multiple 1 amp stepscontrol. Smaller canopied DC units have either forklift bases or wheels for ease of movement on site and loading.

Accesories options:

  • Load cables: typically 35, 70, 95 and 150mm2. Cables are installed in accordance with current legislation: for large and long-duration load bank installations, cables are installed on cable tray, trefoil and tied. ƒ
  • Load bank control extension reels. ƒ
  • Cable junction boxes. ƒ
  • Eclipse laptop alternative load bank control, for additional load features and data capture. ƒ
  • Medium voltage ‘Nimbus’ MV monitor and load data capture equipment; avoids losses associated with cables and transformers. ƒ

Delivery and Installation options:

  • Loadbanks standard installation service includes: delivery, installation, de-installation ad collection of load bank packages.
  • As an alternative, Loadbanks supply ‘delivery only’, where the equipment is delivered and collected with customers doing their own installations and operation.
  • Loadbanks can supply load bank operators if required.
